“ Great tavern! They have a delicious selection of local and domestic craft beer. The place really shines with its food. They have unique wing sauces like Thai peanut, Seargent Taos, and black garlic truffle wing sauce. The wings are crispy af and good. They have fried pork belly that you can put wing sauce on. The hot dogs and hamburgers are also outstanding. Definitely recommend stopping in! Service is also great! We will be returning next visit to CT! ”

We went for the wings and we were not disappointed we were happy that they were very meaty good and had a great texture. The prices were Fair in align with everybody else. What makes The Salty Dog exceptional is the Salty Dog boasts an excellent selection of craft beers that would impress even the most discerning beer enthusiast. The sport bar vibe here is simply unbeatable - you can't find a more welcoming atmosphere anywhere else in town.There's two dishes that absolutely stole the show. The chili was incredibly unique with its own distinctive smoke flavor that sets it apart from any standard bar chili and the wings were quite frankly out of this world - perfectly cooked and seasoned. There's Plenty of parking and I'll be guaranteed a return visit next time I'm in town. For anyone looking for a fantastic local spot with great food, incredible brews, and an awesome atmosphere, The Salty Dog is the place to be! ”
“ A Coworker and I were in town for work training out of state. The Salty Dog was the first place we stopped for dinner, and ended up being the place we went to all 4 days we were there. Tried all different kinds of burgers, dogs and wings. All were 10 out of 10. The staff was awesome both at the bar and in the seating area. Definitely recommend checking this place out! ”

A truck driver friend recommended this place and I did not get a good meal, I got a GREAT meal. Perfectly crispy fried Pickles, perfectly crispy and sauced chicken wings, perfectly chopped side salad, perfectly seasoned Poutine Tots, perfectly mixed homemade ranch.
